What to expect: -60 square meters apartment, 5 minutes away from the Old Town by foot -7 meters long balcony with a beautiful view on the old town, 2 benches to enjoy the sunset -fully renovated bathroom (includes:towels,hairdryer,soaps) -2 separate bedrooms,one with king size bed and second with 2 single beds (shades on windows) -living room with large LED tv, WIFI 4G -Fully functional and equipped kitchen: Oven,microwawe,fridge,coffee machine etc -private entrance - 1st floor Other things to note -PARKING : If you require a parking space, kindly inform us in advance. Please note that parking must be confirmed in advance; otherwise, we may not be able to guarantee availability upon your arrival. Parking outside designated check-in/check-out hours is subject to availability and at an additional charge. -AIRPORT TRANSFER TO APARTMENT AND BACK: We also offer private transfer with a car from the Dubrovnik airport to the apartment and back on request with a host -EARLY Check-in : May be available upon request. If possible on the day of arrival, an additional fee of €25 applies. Please note that early check-in can only be confirmed on the day itself, depending on availability.
