The space The living space is comfortable and welcoming, the furnishings are meticulous in detail and the house offers every comfort from the dishwasher to the washing machine, coffee machine, pots and pans. Inside the living room, there is a sofa bed. The double bedroom is very large and has a comfortable wardrobe. The bathroom including every accessory. The environment is comfortable and tastefully furnished. Given the reports of some guests, we replaced the windows on 8 May 2024 and thanks to this improvement the bar below no longer creates boredom at night. We have an uncovered parking space 850 meters from the property which we make available to guests with a daily cost of €15 to be requested and booked at the time of booking and to be paid on site. Guest access The house is completely at your disposal, there are racks to deposit bikes in the courtyard. For check-in we are waiting for you at our office in Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 26 Sogim Office, where we will make you sign the documents and accompany you to the accommodation 300 meters away. Other things to note The property is located in a particular and characteristic Como courtyard, on the second floor without a lift. In Italy hotels and holiday homes must ask guests for the tourist tax to be paid to the Municipality: in Como the tourist tax is € 3 per day per person, for this reason it is requested at the beginning of the stay and can be paid in cash or by card of credit through AIRBNB. Extra services on request: personal tour of Como city, on foot, to discover monuments, but also shops, workshops, etc., wine tasting and typical Italian products can be organized in selected places in Como and the lake.
