Unit 6302 at Bethany Bay is a 2 BR, 2 Bath, ground floor unit with panoramic views of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Sleeps 4. Free parking. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fireplace, community outdoor pool, jogging/hiking path, 9 hole golf course. NON-SMOKING UNIT. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $50 per night. The space End unit condo with electric fireplace in the living room. The back porch is enclosed for 3 season use. From the sunny living room, you will have a panoramic view of the waterways and Indian River Bay. Master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds and adjoins to a second full bathroom with tub and shower. Full kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glassware, mugs, coffeemaker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen table and 4 chairs. BEACH GEAR provided: 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach cooler and a large beach bag. AMENITIES: You will have seasonal access to the Bethany Bay community pool, kiddie pool, playground, tennis court, and hiking/jogging path. You will be given one pool pass per guest (up to a maximum of 4 guest passes are permitted). There is also a 9-hole golf course (fees apply). Check with the community center for golf fees. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space. There is free parking in front of the condo. There are no assigned spaces in front of the condo. There is an assigned parking space in front of the garage labeled 63-2. Other things to note Free parking in front of the condo and near the pool and clubhouse. I PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, liquid hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets. Please leave all guest passes in the condo (on the wall hook in the kitchen) upon final departure. If you lose a guest pass, you will be charged $100 for each pass not returned on day of departure. (This is the replacement fee charged by the HOA). The condo is a very peaceful space. From the enclosed back patio, you will have a view of the marshland and waterways which lead to the Indian River Bay. You may be lucky enough to see deer, rabbits, and maybe even a fox. I will allow one dog only during your stay, and the pet fee is $50 per night. Please let me know ahead of time if you will be bringing a dog. No more than one dog is permitted.
