I’m professional living in Edinburgh for years now. Recently I started to travel a lot with my work and I’m more like a guest in my own house, so I decided to let my apartment to you:). You will have access to entire apartment. Also, you will have access to conservatory ;) The space It’s two bedroom, ground floor apartment, with living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and hall way. Also, there is a summer house/ conservatory. Also, there is an front garden which, unfortunately you will not have an access to due to the safety issue. There are cctv cameras in the garden, conservatory and living room (the one in the living room was installed to prevent my dog form getting on to the sofa :)).Don’t worry the dog is no longer here but camera stayed. If You need, You can switch-off it. Guest access You will have access to all apartment. Also, you can use conservatory ;). Parking is on the street and unfortunately the council recently imposed parking restriction- there are about 3-4 parking spaces which you have to pay for Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 18:30pm. However, there is plenty of free parking spaces just 3-4minutes walk from the apartment. Other things to note Wi-Fi speed is around 200 Mbps
