A top floor is always the most expensive and premium floor of a building, so it will be a more quiet environment with more respectful tenants compared to the lower floors. At ground floor there is a big resort style pool area with a lot of seating area's, and with a great restaurant, open daily from 5:00am until 10:00pm. The ground floor of the building has a few real estate offices, mini stores, laundry shops and even an ATM at the main entrance. A 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience store is located just right near the entrance of the View Talay 2A compound. The main bus stop for the Suvarnabhumi airport bus (costs only 143 thb !) which comes and goes to Suvarnabhumi airport every hour between 7:00am and 9:00pm, is only 200 meter from View Talay 2. The amazing supermarket Food Mart is next to this bus stop as well. The beautiful Jomtien Beach is only 5min. walking away, with great evening atmosphere while listening to the waves of the sea. A lot of nightlife scenes closely near the building, as well as many great restaurants. A few top restaurants within walking distance: The Continental Bakery and Restaurant, O Delices French bakery, A Taste of Norway, Surf Kitchen, .... The biggest gym "Muscle Factory" is only 5min. driving from View Talay 2A. Respect your neighbours and avoid making loud noises. This floor is a very quiet floor with elderly neighbours. Do not make excessive noise (music for example) on the balcony or in the hallway. 2. The condominium is a private residence building. The security guards, attendants, receptionists, and juristic persons are not hotel staff and do not know anything about your booking. For any query or request, please contact us by Airbnb chat instead. 3. Smoking (Cigarettes, candles & incense) is STRICTLY forbidden inside the apartment, only allowed outside on the balcony. We reserve the right to charge 1,000 ฿ fine for each cigarette burn mark on the furniture or if the condo smells of smoke or contains smoke related litter. 4. Please take note, Airbnb price does not include (free of the 17% Airbnb service fee): * Electricity (6 ฿ per kWH - according meter inside the room) * Water (70 ฿ per m3 - according meter beside the room) * Check-Out Cleaning fee of 900 ฿ (deep-cleaning + laundry) * Security deposit is 150 ฿ / night (Airbnb or cash) - For example, 30 nights x 150 ฿ = 4500 ฿ * Toiletries & Others - Only 1x soap bar, 1x small shampoo, 1x roll of toilet paper, 1x garbage bag per booking is provided. If you require any additional, this will be on your own expense. * Lost Key Replacement for main door is 700 ฿ (main door key + keychain + lobby swipe) * Lost Key Replacement for safe box = 1250 ฿ * Optional: Room cleaning with change of bed linens and towels during the stay = 800 ฿ * Optional: An extra Set of Beddings & 2x towels to use for the whole stay = 500 ฿ 5. Don’t leave food exposed to avoid attracting insects - you can dispose of your garbage at the bin near the elevator. 6. Do not take anything out from the apartment (each item is counted and accounted) 7. Kitchen Rules: 1. Never use metal on / do not scratch / damage the non-stick coating of pans & ricecooker. 2. Dry the dishes before putting them back in the cabinet. 8. Do not move, re-arrange or mis-use furniture and appliances. Any damages will lead to repair or replacement fees. 9. Fabrics - Please use the Couches, Towels, Bed Sheets, Pillow Cases, Mattress Protectors, Pillow Protectors and Blankets correctly! Any physical damage, misuse (towels used to clean floors, putting waterproof protectors in high heat dryer, etc..), tear, rip, stains (blood, make-up, bleach, massage oil, baby oil, etc..) will carry additional cleaning or replacement fee. 10. Tenant agrees to offer assistance (communication, sending pictures, accommodating the repair guys, etc...) and allow access to the condo in the rare case of a maintenance situation (electrical, plumbing, airco, ...). The tenant acknowledges the host might not be there in person, but will receive all needed assistance and support through Airbnb messenger. If the host and tenant can not fix the issue themselves, third party maintenance / technician will be sent within reasonable timing. 11. Treat the apartment and it’s belongings with love & care and keep everything in good condition. If anything is missing, doesn’t work, stains, spills, breaks or is disturbing you, please let us know asap. 12. Check-in starts from 14:00 and Check-out is latest 12:00 on your checkout day or extra charges might apply. Please inform the check-in and check-out time in advance.
