It was designed to be ecological and safe for chemically and mold sensitive individuals from its initial concept, to the architectural design to the actual building practices and products used. Details available upon request. Guest Room #1: The Master Bedroom The 1st Guest room features a King bed and lovely red rock views. It is a very spacious bedroom. With private bathroom next to it. Guest Room #2: The 2nd guest room also features a queen bed and has access to the Jack n' Jill guest bathroom shared with guest bedroom #3. The 2nd guest room has a private work/ desk area. Guest Room #3: The 3rd guest room also features a queen bed and amazing red rock views. It is attached to en ensuite Jack n' Jill bath with a walk-in shower. This bath is shared with guest room #2. All bedrooms have new beddings and mattresses. Full Bathroom #1 - Hall Bathroom: The 1st bathroom is located near the front entrance and 1st guest room and features a large walk in shower. Full Bathroom #2 - Jack and Jill Bathroom: The 2nd bathroom is located in between guest rooms 2 and 3, with two opposite doors to open the bathroom from each bedroom. Upper Front outdoor Space: This is a peaceful place to take in the incredible mountain views and the beautiful silence of the surrounding area. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with most anything that you may need to make your meals. Besides the kitchen basics, we also have a drip style coffee maker with coffee and filters provided. Dining Area: There’s a beautiful antique dining table that comfortably seats six. Enjoy Red Rock views with dinner. Living Space: Relax in the open living area with high ceilings and breathtaking views. The TV is streaming only. Laundry Room: The laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer is located near the front entrance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire upper property at 4 pm on the date of check in through 10 am on the date of check out via keypad. The garage is not available for use. Please note: Our home includes an attached casita that is a fully separate and private rental with its own entrance, driveway, and outdoor spaces. While part of the same property, the two homes sit on different levels of the hillside, creating natural separation, privacy, and a quiet stay with no shared living walls. Each space feels private, with no interaction between guests in the two homes. Guests in each space do not typically see nor interact with one another, unless both homes are intentionally booked together for larger groups (6–8 guests). Additionally, our updated check-in process has eliminated any accidental guest confusion upon arrival :) Other things to note House Rules: Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. No exceptions. Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request. We do not accept mail at this address. No Pets! No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. We are not liable for items left behind. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc...
