The site is new , the trees are still growing , a flower path, a pleasant gazebo in the common area and each family has privacy , a private or shared adjacent pool. Other things to note The pool is on site a few steps away, shared ,but for the other two houses another pool so you are expected to have both your own quiet and a pleasant company. BBQ and dining area are located on the balcony of the house and not in the pool complex.
