Unit Type: Daily Fee Studio: $5.00 USD per unit per night One Bedroom: $6.00 USD per unit per night Two Bedroom: $8.00 USD per unit per night Larger Units:$10.00 USD per unit per night The daily service fee is assessed when you check-in and you may pay this fee upon checkout It is shared between all onsite team members except managers and directors. It is a hospitality industry standard in Mexico and has boon supported and requested by our local hotel labor unions. CANCELLATION POLICY: *****If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival it costs $300 If you cancel 31 days or more it is $200 ($50 is added for any Holiday Booking (HOLY WEEK, SPRING BREAK, THANKSGIVING WEEK, CHRISTMAS WEEK, NEW YEAR’S WEEK) $350 If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival of a Holiday Booking or $250 If you cancel 31 days or more before arrival of a Holiday Booking.
