The space Welcome to our cozy and inviting home located in North Richland Hills, TX!! Our home is the perfect place to call your home away from home while exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or movies. KITCHEN: The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook up a delicious meal, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The adjacent dining area features a large table that seats six, perfect for family meals or group gatherings. BEDROOMS: Our home boasts three bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower/tub combo and double vanity. The two additional bedrooms have a queen-size bed, full and 2 twins sharing a full bathroom with a large shower. BACKYARD: Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you'll find a covered patio with comfortable seating. It is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The backyard also features a grill, ideal for cooking up a delicious meal and dining al fresco. You'll also have access to a large fenced yard, perfect for children to run and play. FALL/ WINTER update: the POOL is not heated but will be available to swim at your discretion. NOTE: We want all our guests to stay safe and comfortable. Please be aware that cold water temperatures may lead to hypothermia, so swimming is not advised. LOCATION: Our home is conveniently located just a short drive from numerous local attractions, including the NRH20 Family Water Park, Iron Horse Golf Course, and the NRH Centre, which offers a variety of fitness classes, workshops, and events. You'll also be just minutes away from plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options at the nearby North East Mall and the Alliance Town Center. Within just a short drive to Dallas/Fort Worth, you will not have any trouble filling up your stay with fun filled activities! We take great pride in offering our guests a clean and welcoming space, and we're always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations during your stay. This includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and backyard. The garage and the closet in the queen bedroom is restricted. We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of our property, so we provide a range of amenities to enhance your stay. This includes access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware. We'll provide you with a key code to access the property at check-in, so you can come and go as you please during your stay. We ask that guests are respectful of our property and our neighbors, and follow all house rules during their stay. Other things to note Important: NO Parties or Large Gatherings: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, we strictly prohibit parties and large gatherings at our property.
