Welcome to our perfectly imperfect home! We purchased this fixer upper in 2020 and have DIYed every aspect of the house. You will find some imperfections in our work but will enjoy everything you need to stay comfortably in a clean, conveniently located home. Enjoy the sound of the babbling creek while barbecuing on the back deck. We are located just minutes from SUNY Oneonta and Hartwick College, Cooperstown, and everything baseball! The space Our home has been lovingly DIY-crafted — perfectly imperfect, with plenty of charm. If you’re seeking flawless finishes, this isn’t it.
