The stand alone guest/art studio with queen bed is fully air conditioned. DRIVING & PARKING: Our private driveway is paved with room for multiple tandem parking. During winter, a snowplow comes to clear snow from the uphill driveway. POOL & LAWN Lawn is mowed and flower beds tended by a professional gardener, free range turkeys and chickens tended to by off-site groundskeeper though you are more than welcome to pay them visits and give them healthy treats. Please Note: OUR ROOSTERS DO CROW Pool is open from May to October and serviced once a week. Please Note: if you wish to heat the pool, a surcharge will be applied based on usage. Guest access The garage is used for storage and not useable guest space. The large bonfire pit in the rear yard is NOT to be utilized by guests. A small metal fire pit is located next to the pool for your enjoyment. Other things to note Pool heating is available at additional cost based on usage, typically $550 for weekend/week usage. This is a NON-SMOKING property.
