All with ceiling fans and the house is air conditioned. There are 2 large separate living areas, both with TVs and comfortable leather lounge suites. The upstairs lounge and 3 of the bedrooms have water views. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and 2 fridges. There are 2 bathrooms and a laundry area with full sized washing machine and drier. There is a large table tennis room for when you are feeling energetic. There is a large grassy back yard you can enjoy. Easy walking to the dolphins, shops, restaurants, takeaways, yacht club, pub and Lees fishing company. The beautiful foreshore walk is just in front.
