The Oasis Studio

Welcome to “The Oasis Studio” our bijou little oasis in Broad Oak, Rye. The Oasis Studio is the perfect place to unwind and to take in the beauty of historic Rye and Camber Sands. We have created a tranquil and calm atmosphere to relax in. The Broad Oak Pub and The Red Lion are literally on our doorstep. Tibbs Farm is a short drive and offers scrumptious breakfasts and lunches. If longer stays required during the week please contact me directly so I can open up on my calendar for you to book. The space The Oasis Studio has been cleverly designed to utilise the space to its fullest. Bijou yet cozy and comfortable. The small kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses and utensils for one to prepare light meals. There is an en-suite shower off the studio. The shower water, basin and kitchen sink is heated with an electric water heater system. So please be patient and remember that the water pressure is a bit lower out in the country. If showering please do not turn the hot water on in the other basins as this will cut the hot water off. We have set up separate Wi-Fi in the studio so that you can connect to the internet with your mobiles and also watch TV with our Smart TV. We have three seating areas outside for you to relax in. We have also allocated one parking bay on site for you during your stay. There is a local groceries store and cafe within walking distance. The larger retail stores are within driving distance and I am always on call if you should require any assistance with anything. There is an electric wall heater and an electric towel heater on site to keep you warm and cozy in winter. Also to our female guests please do not use our Egyptian cotton white towels or white linen to remove your makeup! I have provided coloured facecloths for this very purpose. Also if using self tanning lotion please apply at home and not in the studio as my white linen will get stained and difficult to get out! If this is the case I will have to charge for replacement towels and linen!!! I like to provide my guests with pristine, white crisp linen and I’m sure you would like the same 😊 Guest access We have created three seating areas in our back garden for you to use and relax in. We have our own separate seating area in front of the property, as we respect your privacy. We ask that you please refrain from using our son’s jungle gym and swings. Other things to note Please note that the studio is behind our family home. Which is shared with our 6 year old son. We have created a little oasis in our back garden for guests. We hope that you will enjoy as much as we have and that you will have a memorable and enjoyable time. Unfortunately The Oasis Studio is not big enough to accommodate more than 2 adults.
