Vacation at the gates of Vienna

You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover. The space Each of the two bedrooms of the villa is equipped with a comfortable king size double bed. A large bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double sink and a spatially separated toilet facility awaits you. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with another dining area and a sunny conservatory with beautiful views of Mödling Castle will delight you. You can enjoy the morning light on the east terrace and the evening light on the west terrace. On sunny and warm summer days, you can cool off in our large pool or use the counter-current system for swimming. The pool is located in the middle of our large garden and you use it together with our family. A washing machine with detergent and a clothes dryer for hanging and drying the laundry is at your disposal.
