A cozy little nest, perfect for a nature break and relaxation, surrounded by places to visit! ☀️ The space Welcome to Le Petit Cocon in Brezons ✨ This cozy studio has been designed like a real little nest: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a pellet stove for a cozy atmosphere, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and TV, and a private terrace to enjoy the sunny days in complete tranquility. On sunny days, you will enjoy the natural coolness of the cocoon thanks to the stone walls that maintain a pleasant temperature inside. Located on a quiet side street, the property guarantees peace and quiet, with a parking space just a few meters away. 👉 Small detail: We may pass by your terrace to access our own terrace and our garage, but always with discretion and respect for your privacy. 👉 The pellet stove is currently out of service (replacement planned soon); the radiators are taking over to ensure your optimal comfort! 💛 A perfect haven for unwinding and disconnecting. Guest access The cocoon has no private car space. You will be able to park your vehicle in place of the church where there are several places. This square is very close to the cocoon, about 50m away. You can still drive past the cozy space to drop off your bags, but the alley is still narrow. 🏘️
