The space The first of 4 sleeping spaces is the main bedroom, which has a queen bed, an attached bath with a spa tub and a sitting area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both on the second floor and share the main double vanity four piece bath with antique soaking tub. The fourth sleeping space is the family/bedroom which is the lower level, with walk-out. This room has it's own bath and a queen murphy bed. The lower level is a great entertainment space, including a wet bar, large screen TV and a walkout to the private backyard patio. You will also have 2 off street parking spots available in back next to the carriage house. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house with the exception of two back storage rooms on the lower level. Other things to note New landscaping exist around the home.
