If our staff finds cigarette butts in the trash or detects a smell of tobacco inside the room, a cleening fee of 50,000 yen will be charged in all cases. 【Late checkout】 If you check out after the designated time, it may disrupt our cleaning schedule. In such cases, a penalty fee of 30,000 yen will be charged, and an additional accommodation fee may apply. 【Noise complaints involving police intervention】 If the police are called due to noise complaints from neighbors, your reservation may be canceled.
