It is close to outdoor parks, recreational facilities, resturants and shopping nearby. This is the place if you are visiting Toronto for an English course, are taking an exchange semester at University or are coming to Canada for a longer period as a tourist. The space This bright, sun-filled and dried walk-out basement unit has a side separate entrance (floor is always dried for all seasons) . Room 71B with En Suit bathroom has a window overviewing backyard. Ceiling height is 90" / 2300mm and the floor is level with ground. Room 71B has twin size bed, desk and chair. Guest access The common area in the basement has kitchen, dinning and dining area, bathroom, washer and dryer shared with all guests in this unit. Other things to note House Rules Please adhere to the following rules. If you do not agree to any of them, please do not book it. You are assumed to agree the following rules if you make a reservation. Safety is our top priority. Our property is equipped with multiple interconnected smoke detectors from the basement to the ground floor. Triggering any one detector will trigger the others, sounding alarms in all bedrooms, common areas, and hallways. Therefore, please DO NOT SMOKE indoors (not even in the bathroom); please ALWAYS TURN ON the range hood when cooking; please do not leave the kitchen with the stove on; please PAY EXTRA CAUTION when cooking/using the stove during quiet hours; please always check that the stove is turned off before leaving the apartment. The kitchen is self cleaning kitchen, please ALWAYS CLEAN IT yourself immediately after use (including the dining table). Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM the following morning, except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, during which quiet hours extend to 9 AM. The washer and dryer are located in the unit, please use them during the day, no later than 9 PM. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
