Walking distance to Vågsbygd center, artificial grass track and Lumber with possibility of transport by boat over to sunny Bragdøya etc. 5 minutes drive to Kristiansand city center. 15 min drive to Dyreparken, Sørandssenteret, IKEA and Hamresanden. Bus to the city center and Sørlandssenteret every 5-8 minutes. The space The apartment is located in an older and well-established residential area in close proximity to most amenities that hopefully satisfy your wishes and needs. Vågsbygd is a place where most things are within easy reach. Look forward to sun, sea, archipelago, boat trip to, among other places, Bragdøya where the coastal team is eager to maintain the culture from the region or day trip to Denmark. If you prefer to swim or walk in freshwater, it is just near the apartment. Short distance to exciting restaurants and eateries in all price ranges can be found in the center of Kristiansand.
