The house is located in a seaside area surrounded by unspoiled nature, overlooking a 3000-square-meter farmyard surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. Counting 120 steps, you reach the beach with a view of the Aeolian Islands. In front of the house you can park your car in a reserved area closed by automatic bars. The house is about 130 square meters, four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room, all rooms are equipped with TV, and air conditioning, wifi, outdoor space with gazebo for breakfast.
