The apartment for up to 6 people offers two cozy bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room with an additional sofa bed, a bathroom and an extra toilet. The outdoor area includes a large terrace, a sauna, a playground for children and two pools. BBQ facilities are available, and darts, foosball and table tennis can be played in the lounge/leisure room. Cyclists and motorcyclists will find a safe place to park and a small workshop. The space Welcome to our apartment building, where coziness meets adventure! Our apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and has two cozy bedrooms equipped with double beds. In the kitchen-living room, there is also a sofa bed, which can be used as needed for additional people. The highlight of this apartment is the spacious roof terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of Saalbach – the perfect place to end the day with a good glass of wine or simply unwind. On the terrace, you have your own barbecue and a small herb garden to integrate fresh herbs directly from the garden into your dishes and enjoy life to the fullest. In the magnificent outdoor area/garden, our barrel sauna awaits you, offering stunning views of the valley to Saalbach. In the interior you will find an infrared sauna, a relaxation room with shower and a fitness room *** NEW for winter 2025/26 is the steam bath, which is currently being completed. For swimming fun, there are two pools – one especially for children and one for adults. There is also a large playground that makes children's eyes light up. For barbecue fans, there are two barbecue options on the terrace right in front of the house, and a spacious seating and dining area. Our cozy leisure & play lounge offers plenty of fun with darts, foosball, table tennis and billiards – perfect for exciting matches and social evenings. For the relaxing end of the day, our charming basement bar invites you to a cozy nightcap as a popular guest meeting place. Cyclists will get their money's worth with us: a safe storage facility and a small workshop are available so that you are well equipped for your bike tours. Motorcyclists are also well taken care of: there is a locked parking space, a small workshop and a washing facility for your machine. And now comes the highlight for our little guests (and of course for the big ones too) Our animal residents! Meet our friendly turtles, our playful dog Jessy, and our cuddly cats Felix, Lucifer, Hermione and Fridi. There are also a few happy cows that provide a rural flair – as well as 20 free-range, happily cackling chickens and 2 quacking ducks that provide even more farm atmosphere. Our apartment building is an ideal place for a relaxing and at the same time active stay – here your holiday will be an unforgettable experience! Guest access Access to the house is with a door code and to the apartment with a key that guests receive from us upon arrival. The multi-purpose room, ski/bicycle cellar, cellar bar, large terrace with barbecue, wellness area and garden with pools are accessible to all house guests. Other things to note Access to the gym, garden/pools, multi-purpose room, ski/bicycle cellar is possible at any time. The use of the sauna, infrared sauna and steam bath is possible for all house guests on Monday - Wednesday - Friday by arrangement from 5 pm. We expect all house guests to separate their waste accurately. From 10 pm, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours.
