Centrally located in Palm Beach Estates, walk to the beach and surf, the restaurants, coffee shop, surf shop & small convenience store. The space Open, spacious and bright from the moment you walk in! Walk down from the entry into our open and bright living room & interior dining space. Plenty of space to sit back, relax, read a book, play games, watch tv, or have a siesta. This area looks onto the outdoor patio area and pool where you can access the space through the large sliding glass doors. Off the living room, is the modernly designed kitchen. Plenty of pantry space, all appliances (double door fridge, stovetop, built in convection oven, coffee maker, blender, rice maker). We just refinished the countertops (not shown in photos) to enhance and update the kitchen even further. Off the kitchen, is our family room, featuring a comfortable sofa and another TV area. This space also looks onto the outdoor patio area and pool, with sliding glass doors to access the exterior space. Our 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath is the perfect space for larger or multiple family stays. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom giving plenty of space and privacy for each group member. Master bedroom features a king sized bed with comfortable mattress and plenty of closet space. The ensuite bathroom features a standup shower, double sink and bidet. Secondary bedroom features two queen beds with comfortable mattresses and bedding, and plenty of closet space. Sleep cool & fresh with our ac wall unit. The ensuite bathroom features a standup shower. Third bedroom, deemed the children's room, features a bunk bed with a queen bottom and single top. Fourth bedroom, which is detached from the main house, features a queen and single bed, both with comfortable mattresses and bedding, and plenty of closet space. The laundry room, also detached from the main house, has an automatic washing and dryer and space to store surfboards, and outdoor beach items. We currently have a new building going up next door to us which should be completed by November. Thankfully our outdoor space is facing the other direction and guests have not been too bothered by it. We do have a great discount already built into the prices to help make up for this! Hopefully this allows you to still enjoy your stay at Casa Porque No! Porque no? Guest access You will have full access to the entire property with exception to the garage & one locked room. Other things to note We are located in Playa Grande, specifically the south end of Grande called Palm Beach Estates. It is a beautiful, small community that has tried to preserve nature, so plan on seeing plenty of wildlife, including coati's, howler monkeys, and iguana's! Palm beach is special because it is off the beaten path, so it tends to stay very quiet, and peaceful, and is why it is a choice spot for both humans and wildlife alike. You can walk the entire loop within 12 minutes and we have four restaurants, a coffee shop, surf shop & a small convenience store. We are also located about a 10 minute walk to Tamarindo, and a short boat ride across the estuary. Only available during the day. Not recommended to cross the estuary by foot for many reasons! We currently have a new building going up next door to us which should be completed by November.
