Two bedrooms and fully stocked two bathrooms, as well as an eat-in kitchen that is also fully equipped. It is on one of the main roads in Greencastle, so you will have some traffic noise during the day, but it’s quite quiet in the evenings. This apartment is the entire main floor of the home and the upstairs unit is vacant. Guests have a separate entrance accessible from the side deck. Free street parking is available in front of the home, and there is also a free public parking lot half a block north off of Jackson Street. There are two steps leading up to the entrance and it is not fully equipped for ADA accommodations. Walk over to grab drinks at local favorite Moore’s Bar, grab a meal at Almost Home (best desserts in town), or visit late-night campus institution Marvin’s. This is an extremely walkable location- two blocks away from DePauw’s campus and one block away from the historical downtown Greencastle square. Lots of locally-owned restaurants and bars right down the street. Very little access to Uber or DoorDash in Greencastle, but a short walk to Myer’s Market will get most of your grocery needs taken care of.
