No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit or garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 for incidentals. 4. While it's noted that there's one full bath, there's a bonus bathroom in the laundry room, with a standup shower and toilet. While we didn't count it, it's available for use if needed. This bonus bathroom is located in the basement. There are 3 beds that comfortably sleeps 6 pax. The house can comfortably accommodate another 2 for up to 8, since our couches are comfy to sleep in! Please inform us ahead of time if there more than 6 guests, as we will need to supply with additional items to accommodate this. 5. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
