Self-contained cabin - adjoining Strickland Forest

The cabin is a clean and comfortable self contained oasis nestled amongst native bushland. The Cabin is set in a secluded area within the grounds of the iconic Grove Studios - a 27 acre private property 1 hr from city, 10 mins from the freeway and 11 mins from the centre of Gosford. The property is located directly across the road from the endless bushwalking trails of Strickland Forest. 8 mins to the nearest major supermarket. 11 mins to Gosford. 25 mins to Forresters & Terrigal beaches. The space The cabin features a basic kitchenette, a cosy tv area with DVD player, a large bedroom with 1 x double beds and 1 x queen bed, a bathroom with toilet and hot shower and a large balcony overlooking the spectacular billabong. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cabin for their stay. They will also be welcome to stroll the endless gardens and bushland within the grounds of the 27 acre property that is shared with the owners and clients. Other things to note Pool and spa on property is currently for private use by owners and not available for cabin guests. Please note that whilst the cabin is positioned well back in the property, clients of the studio and property owners and their children will also be on other parts of the property and may be seen and heard on the grounds from time to time. As the cabin is set in a natural bush environment guests should be aware that it is is surrounded by many wonderful native creatures in including snakes, insects, possums and native mice. Though we treat the cabin for pests, it is a reality of nature that critters may be seen from time and our cabin may not be a perfect fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife. We recommend doors and windows remain closed and food be contained at all times. Fly screens are fitted on all windows and doors. There is parking available on the property a very short walk to the cabin. To access the parking adjacent to the cabin you will need to drive through a short unsealed driveway.
