The entrance to the building has a secure gate with an intercom, and the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or streaming. The apartment is on a quiet street, but please note that there may be light construction in nearby buildings between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on weekdays.
