Welcome to Riggs’ Retreat! This cozy cottage is one of four units. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped eat in kitchen, family-room and beautiful deck overlooking the Holiday Shores private pond. On the property you can enjoy the beautiful sand beach, multi-use court, playground, fishing dock, community fire pit and other community amenities available to all the guests. Trail 5 is also right across the street providing easy access for snowmobiling. Holiday Shores is conveniently located between 2 active communities; Inlet & Old Forge. Both towns have an abundance of activities to do for every age; water park, movie theatre, mini golf & golf courses, restaurants, shops, ice cream stands, arcades, go karting and so much more! * Due to HOA Rules private fires are prohibited, however, there is the community fire pit overlooking the lake and it is supplied with wood. Our rental unit also has a propane fire pit on the back deck for more of a private fire setting.
