Our 3-room apartment is the perfect compromise: 1) The visit to Paris With Maison Alfort-Alfortville station on the RER D, 8 min walk (you can reach Châtelet, the center of Paris, in 15 min) 2) Quiet and nature With the proximity of the Bois de Vincennes, the banks of the Seine at the end of the street and a large swimming pool 5 minutes away! 3) Practicality With Orly Airport 20 min away and Gare de Lyon 10 min away by RER And all the shops in the city center at the end of the street. And much cheaper than in Paris! The space Our apartment is 60 m2, and is composed of: - A living room with a sofa bed and a dining area near the window - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed overlooking the balcony - A children's bedroom with a 70 x 160 bed and a crib - A separate kitchen - A bathroom with bathtub - And a 10 m2 balcony where you can easily eat meals! Number of guests: Ideal: 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults Maximum: 4 adults and 2 children (toddlers for crib and small single bed) Other things to note The little extras: - A secure parking space - A large balcony with an electric barbecue - A closet full of board games - A children's room full of toys! - Linens and towels are provided! - The city center is at the end of the street with all the shops! - 2nd floor with elevator
