The kitchen with its large, wonderfully comfortable dining area and the adjoining conservatory with cozy sofas and gas fireplace is the heart of this elegantly furnished holiday home. Its great facilities invite you to enjoy moments of pleasure together, the large table for an extensive pajama breakfast, game evenings and long conversations with wine and cheese. In addition to the favorable, quiet location of the apartment, the nearby Lister harbor and Lister market offer an excellent infrastructure – including Gosch headquarters and other great restaurants, if the kitchen is to remain cold. What certainly does not stay cold, however, is the barrel sauna in the garden: after all, what could be nicer than relaxing at officially Finnish 90 degrees after a long beach hike through the sand of the Ellenbogen? Speaking of the beach: It starts almost right outside the front door – once to the left, and you are at the beach access to the Lister basin. Once to the right, you can board a ship of the Adler fleet or the adventure center of natural forces after a few meters. And a few meters further you can eat delicious food, shop, watch ships... As you can see, this apartment is really the ideal place for fun, for both young and old. And if you feel like peace and quiet instead of going out: just stay at home and make yourself comfortable on the teak chairs of your spacious terrace in your own garden. Undisturbed, wonderfully quiet, overlooking Friesenwall and beach grass, with seagulls and quiet sea sounds as a soundtrack... that's how you can live here in the "beach and sea". Preferably forever.
