Upon arrival, you may find the electric gates open if Peter is home to welcome you. If they are closed, there is a small pedestrian gate beside them for easy access. Your keys will be in a secure lockbox near the front door, and you’ll receive the unique code on the day of your arrival. Once inside, you’ll find a remote control for the gates, allowing you to bring in your vehicle and settle in comfortably. Whether Peter is there to greet you or you're letting yourself in, rest assured that getting into the cottage is simple and stress-free! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
