This private space includes the orange trees, swings, outdoor patio, and large lawn—reserved exclusively for your use during your stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared back farm areas. These include the communal fire pit, garden paths, small walk-in animal pens, and designated viewing-only horse corrals (no riding or entering the horse corrals for safety). Because this is a working farm, farmers live on-site to care for the animals, and these larger farm spaces are shared among guests and staff. This setup provides the ideal balance of privacy and the full farm experience during your stay. Other things to note 🌽 Self check-in available 🌽Shared Spaces: The main house and your private yard are exclusively yours. Please be aware that the expansive outdoor farm grounds are shared common areas, and our farm staff will be present on the property daily. 🌽 No parties or large gatherings. No more than 10 day guests total and only 6 overnight guests 🌽 Quiet hours after 11 PM. There is one shared bathroom wall with the other unit, we just ask to lower voices a bit after 11 pm. 🌽Additional Fees: Please notify us in advance if you require any of the following, as extra fees apply: Additional overnight guests: $65 per person, per night. Parking for more than 2 cars: $25 per extra car. EV Charger use: $45 flat fee per stay. Firewood: $45 for a large wheelbarrow full. You may encounter local wildlife (peacocks, hawks, bees and bugs) and hear typical farm sounds like roosters, cows, donkeys, and tractors. Occasionally, you might also hear music from weddings at nearby venues. 🌽 No oversized vehicles, such as RVs, ATVs, or trailers, are permitted on the property. 🌽 The gas grill in the fountain garden is available for use, as it is a common area for all guests.
