CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT ➤ Check-in after 3:00PM ➤ Check-out by 11:00AM DURING YOUR STAY ➤ Maximum of 4 guests permitted ➤ Pet fee of $50 per pet, max of 2 pets allowed (dogs only) ➤ Property is not suitable for young children due to exposed cacti with sharp needles ➤ No parties or events permitted ➤ No commercial photography allowed unless authorized in advance ➤ Quiet hours enforced between 10:00PM and 7:00AM (noise volume monitored by Minut) ➤ No smoking tobacco or marijuana, or vaping electronic cigarettes on the property (smoke detected by Minut) ➤ Violation of no-smoking policy subject to $500 cleaning fee ➤ No loud amplified music allowed outdoors ➤ Access to the garage is not permitted ➤ Do not attempt to enter any locked doors ➤ Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilets ➤ No glass in the hot tub. Any broken glass in the hot tub will result in a $500 cleaning fee. ➤ Turn down hot tub temp and turn off jets at night after use.
