Nestled in the Nicoya Peninsula in one of the famous blue zones in the world, a term used for just five areas in the world where people live extraordinarily long and vibrant lives. A place where monkeys, parrots & iguanas live in tandem with the human population. It's far removed from the stress of modern life, where you will enjoy fresh Costa Rican food, water straight from the mountain source, and an abundance of activities! The space Pura Vida Casa is located in the gated community of Los Delfines, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Costa Rica. Los Delfines quiet community has 24hr security and is equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing beach vacation. ** for bigger groups, we have a sister property within walking distance** The Pura Vida Casa includes a private saltwater pool, outdoor bar/cooking rancho, outdoor washroom and shower. The outdoor washroom and shower are convenient for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. The Casa is just a 3min walk to the secluded & beautiful beach. The Casa includes 3 Bedrooms, king bed with walk-in closet and on suite bathroom and shower. The two guest bedrooms include a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed. Every room has A/C and a ceiling fan each with their own temperature control. There are 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. A fully appointed kitchen with all major appliances, as well as small appliances. The backyard boasts an oasis with pool, loungers, rancho and palm trees. **The pool is very clean and maintained daily for the health and convenience of our guests. If surfing is your thing, there are beautiful beaches within a short drive with some world-famous waves for surfing in Montezuma and Santa Teresa! Enjoy the plentiful wildlife right outside the door: Iguanas, howler monkeys, many species of birds, especially the scarlet Macaws with their very own breeding sanctuary within Los Delfines. Out on the beach and water, you may see sea turtles, dolphins, whales and an abundance of fish! Within the community of Los Delfines there are many other amenities: 9-hole golf course, a beach-front restaurant that provides good food and great socialization, a convenience store that carries all staples items and Sunday farmers market at the Los Delfines gate with fresh fruit, veggies, and baked goods. There are also options for many local adventures like fishing, snorkeling, horseback riding, etc. that will pick you up right on the beach! Guest access The community is located in the town of Tambor, and has 24 hour security. You will have access to a private golf course, tennis, pickle ball courts. There is an onsite grocery store, club pool and beachfront restaurant, and medical center. Take a 25 min flight directly to Cobano airport from either San Jose or Liberia International airport. From Cobano airport, it is a 20min drive to Los Delfines. From Liberia airport, it is a 3hr drive. From San Jose Airport, it is a 1hr ferry ride and 2hr drive. Additionally information on shuttles and transportation will be given to renters upon request.
