Adjacent to the old vegetable garden, the gardener's house is an authentic half-timbered Normandy building. This charming and warm gîte, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, will allow you to enjoy the calm, a beautiful view of the Normandy countryside. Come and discover in Livarot (4 km) the making of the famous Norman cheeses and cider. It is also the land of the horse: many stud farms nearby. The Côte Fleurie with Deauville, Cabourg, Honfleur is 30 minutes away as well as the landing beaches. The space The house is comfortable. It has a bright living room with a fireplace equipped with a stove that you can use. A kitchen opens onto a dining room and is separated from the living room by a few half-timbers. Upstairs, a beautiful open bedroom with a double bed and on the other side of the stairwell, an equipped bathroom and bathtub. There are 2 extra beds: 1 single bed upstairs (next to the double bed) and a single bed on the ground floor. You have a private terrace with good sun exposure for sunbathing. It is furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella for friendly barbecues. Guest access It's 200 km from Paris. Lisieux is 14 km away: it is possible to arrive by train at Lisieux station and take bus 253 which drops you off near the manor. Livarot and its shops are 4 km away. You can park close to the cottage. Other things to note Linens are included in the price of the stay. Basic equipment includes: welcome kit with coffee pods, tea, herbal tea, sugar, salt, pepper, soap, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of toilet paper and cleaning products. Heating is included in the price of the stay. This cottage is part of a set of 4 separate cottages and all completely independent. Pets are welcome.
