If your goal is to to settle in and get some work done, you'll have access to guest Wifi. Bedroom includes queen size bed, large closet, dresser and plenty of natural lighting. Full bathroom with shower and bathtub for those looking to take a quick (or not so quick) soak. Coffee and tea also included. *Those over 5’10” will need to be aware of some shorter parts of the ceiling where the ducting is. *Being that the dwelling is underground, it’s usually on the colder end. There is no separate thermostat and it shares a HVAC system with the upstairs. We try our best not to blast the AC during the summer months while the temperature is comfortable, but it does make it a bit colder in the dwelling when it is on.
