Upon check-in, you’ll discover a bright, sun-filled open concept living area. This place will instantly feel like home! The living room is equipped with a large, super-comfy sectional sofa. Cuddle up by the big flatscreen Smart TV under some blankets to stream your favorite show. Or break out the board games and challenge each other to an epic game night. This airy main living area with plentiful natural light also has a modern kitchen and dining area. When you get hungry, you’ll really appreciate the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Make use of our top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and gas oven and stove. Snack on some complimentary snacks while you brew a cup at the coffee station. Then get meal prep going from the spacious kitchen island. When it’s time to chow down, gather around the solid wood dining table for four, surrounded by wide windows where sunshine pours through. As a bonus, you can also dine al fresco style outside at the backyard patio table under the big southern pecan tree. Not a bad way to enjoy meals! Before you get carried away enjoying the home’s upscale features, like setting the Nest thermostat to your optimal climate, don’t forget to unpack and settle in. Our home has two bedrooms to choose from, both with the coziest queen beds and Smart TVs for unwinding in the evenings. One room also has a dedicated workspace, so those who work remotely can make the most of our high-speed WiFi. It truly has everything you might need from home, like toothbrushes and toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. You’ll even find shavers and makeup wipes, just to up the convenience factor. Both bedrooms share a full guest bathroom. This upgraded space has a shower/tub combo with an arched fabric shower curtain for maximum space. Enjoy a detachable shower head and strong water pressure for a soothing soak. And last but not least, guests can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer. This rental has it all and then some, all tucked behind that cute red door. Guest access This is a keyless entry property. The home is accessed using an electronic front door code, which will be provided prior to arrival. Note that this is not a wheelchair-accessible front entrance, as there are three steps. Other things to note Our home is equipped with two Ring motion-activated floodlight security cameras, and a Ring doorbell linked to an Alexa device. The device will alert guests when someone enters the property with screen visuals. The house is equipped with a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke detectors in the bedrooms. No pets are allowed. This is a hypo-allergenic home (no carpets) with hypo-allergenic bedding (no feathers). Professional cleaners sanitize the entire home between guest stays, and wash all bedding, linens, and towels. NO smoking or vaping allowed. NO parties, gatherings, or events. NO drug use, NO weapons. The house follows quiet hours starting at 10pm.
