The space A large and true entertaining place with free access to swimming pool, pool table and many more. Great for a staycation, business trip, work-from-home alternative, or for solo/couple travelers and families. A stone-throw away from the Norwest business precinct, this double-storey house is a pleasing mix of the contemporary and the classic. The interiors are filled with character, including a split wrought-iron staircase with timber railings, bay windows and wine cellar in the game room. Guest access You will have your own large (17sqm) and bright room fully furnished with king bed, drawers, desk, chair and built-in wardrobe. A floor mattress can be added for the 3rd person. You will also have your own bathroom and toilet. Kitchen, fridge and oven etc are shared with other guests. Other facilities like swimming pool and pool table etc are shared with guests. During your stay Host is at your service from 9am to 9pm via phone call; Please call host for help with any urgent matters; Sometimes host gets busy and couldn't pick up your call, so please leave a voice/text message; For all non-urgent matters, please text host.
