Dario's House 2 is an apartment that was purchased and completely renovated in 2022 to be used as a vacation home. The location was chosen specifically as the apartment is a short walk from the De André tram stop that connects Scandicci with the historic center of Florence in 20 minutes. Other things to note PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY: CHECK-IN TIMES: As indicated in the ad, check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. After 8:00 p.m., late check-in service is available at an additional cost of €10 per hour, to be paid in cash upon arrival. (e.g.: check-in at 9:30 p.m. → €20; check-in at 11:30 p.m. → €40). Upon request and depending on the owner's availability, around 11:00 a.m. it is possible to leave luggage and hand over the keys to one or two people in the group. Check-in will still be possible from 4:00 p.m. or as soon as cleaning is complete. We kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time in the days before, confirm it on the morning of check-in, and inform us of any changes. USE OF ROOMS – ONLY FOR BOOKINGS OF 2 PEOPLE The following point only applies to reservations made for 2 people. As already indicated in the accommodation rules (also visible in the images of the listing), the rate for 2 people includes the use of only one bedroom. If you wish to use both rooms, the rate for 3 people applies. In this case, you can request the change of the reservation from 2 to 3 people through Booking, or request the use of the second room directly from the facility, paying the difference in cash upon arrival. TOURIST TAX - POSSIBLE INTRODUCTION: We inform guests that the Municipality of Scandicci may introduce the tourist tax starting from June 1st. If confirmed, the amount will be approximately €2–3 per person per night, for a maximum of about 5 nights. The tax, if approved, must be paid on site at check-in, in cash, and is not included in the price of the reservation. Updates will follow as soon as they are available.
