This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit features a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, large balcony and gas fireplace-carefully curated to create a warm and welcoming home for you. Walk the endless beach exploring tide pools or enjoy the grass to play badminton or soccer; the choice is yours. Coin laundry, free parking and an EV charger are available. Sunsets, ocean views, and peaceful ocean waves complementary! The space Fully furnished, A/C, non-smoking, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upper unit with ocean views, large patio and fully equipped kitchen. King bed in primary and two XL twins in second room, could be combined as a queen. Lots of closet and storage space for your belongings. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 4-6 people, when using the sofa bed. **IMPORTANT** A double sofa bed is available so please let us know in advance if you would like to use this additional sleep space. Kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. allowing you to cook and dine in. The large dining table, with an ocean view, makes for a great workspace for those working remotely. Large Smart TV and Gas Fireplace in spacious living room with cozy couches for relaxing. Free Wifi, free parking in unit's reserved spot plus extra guest parking and two EV chargers on site. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. You will also find a hair dryer and a new non-slip bathmat. Guests can access the on-site coin laundry facilities as needed. Complementary laundry detergent provided in-suite. Beach towels are available for guest use along with a rolling cooler for drinks and snacks. Beach is a short 2 minute walk across the property. Alternatively, an elevator can take you part way. Handrail and wash off station are available. **IMPORTANT** 1. No pets of any kind allowed as per Strata rules. 2. Your stay does not include access to the resort pool, hot tub and sauna. 3. For safety, please refrain from burning any candles or incense. 4. No smoking or vaping inside unit or on the patio. 5. New portable AC unit in kitchen/dining/living room. Fans are also provided for the rooms if needed. Guest access The entire unit is for your enjoyment. The second floor unit is accessible by stairs. There is one parking spot directly in front of the unit and additional guest parking is a few steps away. ADDED BONUS--Complementary EV chargers while you are actively charging. A unique door code will be sent to you on the check in day, along with the property address and unit number. Kindly lock the door, by pressing the lock button, each time you exit the property. Garbage and recycling bins are on-site for your waste. Firewood, snacks and incidentals are available for purchase on-site at the office. Other things to note Please inform us if the sofa bed is needed for additional guests so that it can be prepared for your enjoyment. General cleaning supplies and toiletries will be on-site. Laundry soap is provided for the coin operated washer and dryer. An introductory supply of teas, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, toilet paper and incidentals are provided. Garbage/recycling should be taken out to the bin as required. No pets are allowed in the unit or on the property. No smoking/vaping etc inside the unit or on the patio. You may do so in marked designated areas. Your stay does not include access to the pool, hot tub or sauna. CHECKOUT DETAILS: 1. Please ensure all garbage/recycling is taken out to the exterior bins on the property. 2. Please empty the fridge and pack away extras or dispose of in the exterior garbage bins. 3.
