REGISTRATION FORM AND CITY TAX In accordance with the legal obligations of the Police of the Czech Republic and the City of Prague, all guests are required to complete a simple online registration form and pay a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night of stay. This payment must be made before check-in via online payment after completing the registration form. 2. CHECK-IN We offer several check-in options, the most flexible of which is self check-in using a lockbox. This type of check-in is only possible if you have completed the online registration form at least 24 hours before your arrival. If this condition is not met, please check in at our central reception at Revoluční 17, which is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 3. NUMBER OF GUESTS Make sure you book the apartment for the right number of guests. If you wish to prepare separate beds or rooms, please inform us at least 1 day before arrival. Extra bed linen and towels provided after check-in are charged 150 CZK per set, the minimum number of sets to be delivered is 2. 4.
