The good life ! The space This ground floor accommodation, completely independent from the main house, is air-conditioned or heated depending on the season. It includes a living area with a sofa, a sleeping area with a queen size bed, and a private bathroom. It is equipped with everything necessary for breakfast (Nespresso machine and electric kettle) and a small refrigerator and TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, there is a terrace overlooking the garden and access to the barbecue, pool, park, and sports field. Guest access The accommodation is independent from the main house and completely private. Guests have access to the park, pool, and sports field. These spaces are shared exclusively with the owners. Parking inside the property is free and secure. Upon arrival, a remote control for the gate will be provided. The entire property is protected by video surveillance. The village of Lequile has all the food shops and restaurants within walking distance. Lequile is equidistant from the Ionian coast and the Adriatic coast (20 minutes). Lecce is 5 km away. Brindisi airport is 30 minutes away and Bari airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
