Welcome to our charming 18th Century cottage in the picturesque village of Naunton in the heart of the Cotswolds. The house is actually on the Warden's Way and there's nothing more enjoyable than sitting in the cosy lounge in front of the large inglenook fireplace in total relax after a day spent exploring the surrounding villages and countryside. A truly tranquil escape away from it all with fields of sheep at the front and at the back of the house, offering bucolic views from every window. The space The cottage's elegant decor, beams and stone walls integrate perfectly with the serene surroundings. The views from each window are blissful fields of sheep. LOUNGE 1 The heart of the house is the beautiful inglenook fireplace with log burning stove. Logs and kindling are provided in the colder months. The sitting/dining room that houses the fireplace is spacious and full of character with exposed oak beams and window seats. It is tastefully furnished with 2 modern sofas, a roocking armchair, Nkuku coffee table, a large Barker and Sronehouse farmhouse dining table and a 55 inch HD Smart TV. BEDROOM 1 Upstairs from the lounge is the master bedroom offering a Cotswolds Company super king bed with premium mattress and sheets, wardrobes for your clothes and a bright family bathroom with a fabulous shower. Marks and Spencer toiletries are provided. BEDROOM 3 On the top floor in the eaves, you'll find a cute bedroom with twin single beds and premium Otty mattresses suitable for adults and White Company sheets. This room has a further bathroom with bath. Both bathroom and bedroom have low ceilings with beams. KITCHEN The large eat in kitchen is bright and well equipped with a Range cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, Cafetiere and coffee pods machine (some pods are provided). In the kitchen you'll find extravirgin olive oil, solt and pepper, coffee, tea and organic milk. LOUNGE 2 - SUN ROOM Next to the kitchen is a further lounge with exposed stone walls, beams and glass bifolding doors that completely open onto the garden offering lovely views. There are also a cloakroom and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. BEDROOM 2 Upstairs from the utility room, there is a lovely bright bedroomwith a king size bed with premium sheets, Laura Ashley chest of drawers and tables and a place to hang your clothes.
