We are 15 min from the city center of Le Mans by tram, 20 min from the 24-hour circuit by car. You have the tram a 5-minute walk from the house as well as shops. (Leclerc, Carrefour, McDonald's...) Parking in front of the house. Beautiful walks in the forest are possible from our home by the nature boulevard. The room must be left clean. Other things to note Breakfast is not included in the price, but in your room you have a coffee maker and kettle available as well as a fridge in the laundry room where you have access.
