King Bed Downtown Orlando Suite
This is a spacious master suite with a very comfortable king bed. I have six total rooms on the property that I rent out. You have access to the whole house. My home is full of positive energy with a nice relaxing and comfortable ambiance. I do rent out 5 other rooms within the house, so other guests will be on site, as well as a guest’s Australian Shepherd dog. However, It is pretty spacious for everyone to find their own private space when needed. I'm walking distance to a hip little area of local farmers markets, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. A public bus stop is right around the corner as well. I am in the center of every major point: 11 miles from the International airport, 3.8 miles from the Amway Center and Downtown Orlando, 1.6 miles from the Orlando Museum of Art, 2.9 miles from Rollins College and Winter Park, 12 miles from Universal Studios, 15 miles from the Convention Center, 18-25 miles from Disney properties, and 14 miles from University of Central Florida/UCF. You can make yourself feel right at home. You have access to all of the home. There's a key code to enter which I send you when you book. I have free wi-fi and there is free parking on the property in front of the house on Cole St. The driveway is reserved for Veronica and myself. I am temporarily living off the property but you can text or call me anytime. Occasionally, I stop by and spend the day working on the property. However, there will be other guests staying in the home that you can mingle with. I live next to a K-8 school and it is a safe, quiet family area. Lots of locals are out and about riding bikes and with their families during the day. It is a very pleasant neighborhood. My home is walking distance to hip eccentric cafes, bars and boutiques. We also have our local farmer's market around the corner every Monday night with live music, artisans and food trucks. The East End Market, Audubon's first co-op business, is also a 5 minute walk away. It is a must to check out and either have a craft beer, sample local greens, get some freshly baked bread, pick-up amazing chicken salad or get your own fresh squeezed juices. We also have Lolas Sushi, Stardust Cafe, and great Italian/pizzas at O'Strombolis within a few minutes walking. You'll love Audubon park. Transportation: The best way to get around Orlando is of course by car. But if for some reason renting a car is not an option for you, there is UBER and LYFT. As long as you have a smartphone and have the downloaded apps they are very easy and cheap to get around town with. They usually charge around 1.15 per mile. UBER is more for international travelers and LYFT is for US residents or those who have a US number. However, Uber black is the only one who picks up from the airport which is more expensive. Orlando is very spread out and most of the main attractions are about a 30-minute drive from each other. The traffic during rush hour can be problematic. Universal Studios and International drive are the most central locations to almost all of the theme parks and shopping. My home is only 12 miles from this central location and very easy to get to directly. Orlando has an inexpensive bus system, Lynx. However, it is very slow and unfortunately not the smoothest mode of transportation. You can find the bus routes and schedules online. Just lookup Lynx bus Orlando or golynx.
