New building - family house Jetřichovice - Family house

Unique accommodation in a newly built family house in the heart of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. The house is located right in the center of Jetřichovice. Right next to the house is a signpost with the most interesting hiking trails. You don't have to go anywhere and deal with parking. Two minutes from the house there is a bus stop, a bistro with excellent modern cuisine and beer from a regional brewery, an information center, a restaurant or two playgrounds. The space On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and one room with two beds. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a toilet with a sink. All beds have adjustable grates for your comfort. The house is adjacent to a spacious sunny terrace with a table, comfortable chairs and a parasol. The house has lighting installed, where you can control the intensity and color of the light to fine-tune the right atmosphere. There is a parking space for two cars and a lockable bicycle shed in the garden. The house is standard for six people with the possibility of adding a cot for infants. The house is not fenced. Heating - electric boiler with underfloor heating or fireplace. Guest access The house is fully equipped for normal operation, including hygiene supplies, bed linen and towels. Everything is at your disposal. Other things to note We change shoes in the house. We protect the environment and therefore require the sorting of waste into prepared containers.
