Luxury accommodation in the heart of Weymouth. Bosun`s Cottage offers accommodation to suit families and groups to enjoy the famous seaside town. The house is located between the Harbour / High Street / Beach around 100m walk to each, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants close by. It would be difficult to find a more central location in Weymouth. We have fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Central Heating as well as luxurious linen towels to make your stay as comfortable as home. The space Bosun`s Cottage is a mid-terrace cottage originally built circa 1790. The home is spacious and relaxing and has been newly refurbished. You will have the entire house and enclosed courtyard garden to yourselves. Lounge / Dining Room with a smart TV and a selection of board games to keep you all entertained. Dining area with table and 6 chairs to enjoy group dinners, and access to the courtyard garden. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, washing machine, and fridge freezer Rear lobby with door to rear courtyard. Bathroom with WC, Basin, Bath and Shower. On the first floor there is a Bedroom with Bunkbeds, a Double Bedroom and a separate cloakroom with saniflo WC and Basin. On the top floor there is a further bedroom with a Kingsize bed. Guest access There is no driveway, but short stay carpark is in front of the property (3 hrs for £2.20) which is free parking between 18.00-8.00. Also long stay carparks are nearby. There is a digital key lock for your easy access on arrival. EV chargepoints are located at short stay capark in front of the house. Other things to note Due to the safety, BBQ is not allowed in the courtyard and the property might not be suitable for children below 5 and pet. No hen/ stag booking please. As the house is in a central location, even with double glazing windows there can be noise at night on the weekends.
