Kydippi, built of stone, looks as if it has climbed itself in the middle of a mountainside, creating the conditions for relaxation and tranquility. The space Kydippi is built entirely of stone which was taken from the same area in order to follow the colours of the natural environment. Here, during summer, you will hear the cicadas, see the hawks hunting, the partridges walking on the stone paddocks and enjoy the unlimited view of the sea and the ancient acropolis of Korissos (one of the four ancient cities of Kea). And all these while being within seven hundred meters of the port which provides you with everything you need for your stay or entertainment. Three beautiful beaches are next to you ranging between 850m to 2.5km with crystal clear waters to swim in. In the cosmopolitan Vourkari (2.7km) you will find restaurants, bars, and clubs. In Ioulida (6.5km) you will wander around the alleys and enjoy the sunset. To Kydippi you reach via a paved road (not a dirt road), you open the gate with a remote control and park your car in the shade. At the entrance, you will enjoy the first outdoor dining area which is protected from the north winds, while the second outdoor dining area is the swimming pool area with unlimited views, barbecue, sun beds and a relaxation bed. Finally, in the second balcony area with a perimetric view, there is a sofa and cushions where you can enjoy your drink. Entering the house you will find the indoor dining area and on the right the kitchen, which is fully equipped to cook and make coffee, while the dishwasher will take care of all the hard work after your meal. On the left you will find the living room with its large windows overlooking the sea or the mountain. Here you will enjoy the large corner sofa and the office, in case you have to work. Going down the stairs you will find the three bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, with a large wardrobe and its own exit door, to a private outdoor area. The second has two single beds which can be turned into a double bed. Additionally, there is a wardrobe and an exit to its own outdoor space. The third has a double bed and a large dressing room - a wardrobe room so you can lay out your things without rummaging through your suitcases. In the two bathrooms, you can shower or enjoy the underground bathtub. In the hallway, there is a separate area where the washing machine is located, a laundry basket for laundry, and anything you need for cleaning.
