Villa Eirini - Peace and tranquility - a hideaway

This is a place to relax and recharge your batteries. In this spacious and fantastic villa you'll have all facilities you need. Swim in the pool, relax on the pool-beach or work out in the counter currant. Enjoy the amazing views of the entire northern Cretan shoreline and the mountains to the south. There are 5 AC double bedrooms with orthopedic beds and light summer duvets. Life is good here. Cook food in our top-equipped kitchen or barbecue, or enjoy Rethymno, just 10 minutes away by car. The space The villa consists of 2 houses. The main house has the entrance that opens up into an open kitchen and living room with large folding doors to the outdoor dining area and pergolas by the beach-pool. There's also a WC and technical room containing washing machine and dryer. The second floor contains the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower and an amazing view. You can also access a large veranda facing the Mediterranean. The second house is the "Guest house". It contains 3 bedrooms in a file, with double beds and spacious wardrobes. All rooms have a sliding glass door to the pool area. These bedrooms share a bathroom at the end of the corridor. At the end of the guesthouse there's an additional stone building with another bedroom, "the Apothiki", with double bed and an ensuite shower and washing basin. Just outside the room there's a WC. On the top of the "Guest house" there's a large roof terrace with an eight meter concrete sofa with designer pillows. Here you can relax with a drink in hand and watch the sun set along the coast and mountains. Between the houses there's a pergola with sofas. It's just by the beach part of the swimming pool. A nice place to relax in the shade on hot summer days. The swimming pool is about 57 m2 including a beach shaped area that slopes down to the main pool. At the end of the pool there's a counter currant machine for a healthy exercise, and a pergola. Outside of the living room in the main house there's an outdoor kitchen and seating for 20 people under a pergola. All rooms and outdoor areas are facing the Mediterranean with an uninterrupted view. The sleeping comfort is not your typical Greek standard. The orthopedic beds, pillows and duvets are top quality. Beddings in Egyptian cotton. All rooms can have total blackout. The AC allows you to have a comfortable temperature all through the night. Guest access As a guest you can only rent the entire villa and for a minimum of one week. All areas are at your disposal.
