The Woodgate Club and Woodgate Hotel also offer curtesy buses, so really no need to take your car out once you have arrived. Guest access This home is completely set up for guest use. Other things to note Please note that this property does NOT supply linen, you will need to bring your bed sheets, pillow cases, bath/hand towels, bath mats and any consumables inc salt, oils, toilet paper etc. The beds are set up with mattress protectors, pillows with pillow protectors and doonas with doona covers. We do have linen packs available for hire in the office should you not wish to travel with these items. You are required to leave the home neat and tidy. The cleaning fee does not include us washing your dishes, taking your rubbish out, picking up after a pet etc, extra fees can occur in these instances. If you are travelling with a pet, please remember and follow the rules so we can continue offering pet friendly homes. Our cleaners are not expected to clean the yard so make sure all droppings and pet food are disposed of correctly. You are also required to pay a pet security deposit upon key collection, The price for this will vary depending on the amount and size of your pet. This is fully refundable to you once you have departed and an inspection of the property has occurred and everything is as it should be.
