We rent our warm family villa of 170 m2, located in Pyla about 800 m from the beautiful beach of the sailing circle and 5 minutes by bike from Moulleau. Composed of a large terrace, partly sheltered, facing west with a beautiful panoramic view of the basin and its beautiful sunsets. A saltwater pool (new liner), heated (since March 2025) 10 m X 5 in the sun all day, protected by a roller shutter, a dining area and a Le Marquier gas grill. The space The villa is surrounded by a beautiful wooded plot of more than 1500 m2. It has just been completely repainted on the outside and a deck of 80 m2 was added in March 2025 to accommodate a large number of sun loungers. On the ground floor you will find a large bright living-dining room with TV and wifi, a toilet and an independent kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Kenwood robot and Nespresso coffee machine. It offers 10 (+2) beds divided into 5 bedrooms. - 3 bedrooms on the ground floor with their shower room (the first with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the second with 2 90 x 200 cm beds and the third with 2 80 x 200 cm beds). The downstairs bedrooms have AC. - The floor consists of a first bedroom under the slope with 2 beds of 80 X 200, its water point and its air conditioning and a second with 2 single beds of 90 X 200 and 2 additional mattresses for the floor. A shower room and toilet were added upstairs for the 2 bedrooms in March 2024. The beds can all be prepared as single or double beds, on request. A basement completes this property with a shower and toilet, beach return. A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Prices include the rental of sheets and towels and the weekly visit of the pool attendant between June and September. The end-of-stay cleaning of 150 euros is your responsibility.
